31 de mar. de 2016 · The ICTY cleared Mr. Šešelj of all the charges but the decision was not unanimous. The Majority found that the Prosecution had failed to prove the existence of a criminal purpose, while the dissenting Judge claimed that there was “ample evidence” of a joint criminal enterprise.
