Norma Anderson is an American former state legislator from Colorado. A Republican, she represented Jefferson County in the Colorado House of Representatives from 1987 until 1998. She served in the Colorado Senate from 1999 until 2006. She was the first woman to serve as majority leader in the Colorado House and Colorado Senate.
