Resumiendo, que es gerundio: The Majestic tiene mimbres para ser una película excelente y, de hecho, lo es en determinados momentos. La única pega que tiene es no conformarse con tocar la fibra del espectador y querer agarrar el corazón en sus manos, un fallo que hasta un genio como Frank Darabont puede cometer. Grijander.

There is, of course, some good stuff in it. The film is mostly predictable and derivative. It relies almost entirely on sentimentality and the storytelling Darabont is known for. But it's pretty enjoyable. A bit overlong, but always entertaining with a decent, familiar story of a small town revitalized by the presence of a stranger.
