  5. 29 de ene. de 2007 · I LOVE William Shatner's 2004 album "HAS BEEN" which is a wonderful, contrite listen. It is without doubt overshadowed and informed by this unique recording. There would not be "HAS BEEN" if there was no "TRANSFORMED MAN," but I must confess, now a late-era Shatner fan, that this record is beyond embarrassing and enters the realm of UNREAL.

  6. 10 de feb. de 2007 · There are 2 ways to look at Shatners "The transformed Man" - If it's a parody of rock/pop opera then it is one of the greatest albums of its type. - If it's supposed to be a serious artistic endeavour; the lack of self awareness, the over the top vocal delivery and high quality musical direction make it a work of pure unhinged genius.
