NEW YORK (UPl)—Judy Holliday, the intellectually brilliant actress who won an Academy Award playing dumb blondes, died early today in her sleep at Mt. Sinai Hospital after a five-year battle against cancer. She would have been 44 on June 21. Miss Holliday underwent cancer surgery in 1960 but the disease was recurrent.
