Aiglon College was founded in 1949 as the living manifestation of John Corlette’s pioneering educational vision. As Founder of the school and its Head Master for 23 years, he established a set of values and educational priorities which remain at the very core of Aiglon’s identity.
Afternoons and evenings are dedicated to activities supported by Aiglon’s holistic framework, taking advantage of our awe-inspiring Alpine environment. The activities for the Eagle programme are tailored to enrich the 13 - 16 year old age group, giving them an exciting environment to engage with, as well as make a diverse range of new friends from attendees hailing from more than 30 countries.

Renamed Clairmont, it has, at different times, provided boys' boarding, school dining, classrooms and science labs, the staffroom and the library. It welcomed the first girls to Aiglon in 1968 and has remained a senior girls’ boarding house ever since. You are still greeted with a sense of old and new as you enter Clairmont.
Together with a range of new peers, they’ll step into classrooms and onto our mountain to discover fresh and unexpected passions. The Classic offers a focused morning course of your choice that will allow your child to broaden their language skills, engage with a outdoor activity such as tennis or team sports, or study a STEM based subject.
