Blind Before I Stop is the fifth studio album by American singer Meat Loaf, released in September 1986. The album was produced in Germany by Frank Farian and was the first to fully embrace the '80s sound. Und gerade wenn man "Blind before I stop" mit diesen Alben vergleicht, muss man sagen, dass dieses Album erstens lange nicht so gut ist wie diese und zweitens auch nicht typisch für Meat Loaf ist. Deutlich zu erkennen ist, dass der Sound stark an den der 80er angelehnt ist, was bei dem Vorgänger "Bad Attitude" auch noch mit richtig Pepp kombiniert war.
