Truly bottom of the barrel slop, A New Beginning is one of the worst slashers films I have ever seen. Like Halloween before it, Friday the 13th wanted to move on from its iconic villain. Unfortunately, nothing in this film makes sense (for example, the "loony" characters basically act normal), the script is terrible, the acting is abysmal, and the whole thing is a certified steamer.
