Alan Anthony Silvestri (fødd 26. mars 1950) er ein USA-amerikansk filmmusikkomponist frå Teaneck i New Jersey.. Som ung tok Silvestri gitartimar ved Berklee College of Music i Boston, men etter to år hoppa han av og reiste på turné med bandet C. C. Riders.Tjueein år gamal tok han til med filmmusikkomposisjon, og den fyrste storfilmen han komponerte for var The Doberman Gang frå 1972.
