Patrick Lavon Mahomes II (17 de setembro de 1995) é um jogador de futebol americano, que atua como quarterback pelo Kansas City Chiefs da National Football League (NFL). Ele jogou futebol americano universitário em Texas Tech e foi selecionado pelos Chiefs como a décima escolha geral no Draft, da NFL de 2017. Mahomes é filho de Pat Mahomes ex-arremessador da MLB.
