Paul Frederic Simon, född 13 oktober 1941 i Newark i New Jersey, är en amerikansk sångare, gitarrist, textförfattare, kompositör och skådespelare. Tillsammans med Art Garfunkel var Simon medlem av och låtskrivare i duon Simon and Garfunkel 1964 – 1970 och vid senare återföreningar 1981 – 1983 , 1991 , 2003 – 2004 och 2009 .

Paul Frederic Simon is an American singer-songwriter known both for his solo work and his collaboration with Art Garfunkel. He and his school friend Garfunkel, whom he met in 1953, came to prominence in the 1960s as Simon & Garfunkel.

In 1957, he and high school pal, Art Garfunkel, wrote and recorded the single, "Hey Schoolgirl", under the name "Tom and Jerry". After some failures, they broke up. Simon still wrote and recorded music as "Tico and The Triumphs" and "Jerry Landis".
