lucy begint graag aan een uitdagende opdracht en klaart dan de klus. ze denkt mee maar is ook een tikje eigenwijs. lucy doet net dat beetje extra. resultaat is het doel, creativiteit het middel. haar twentse nuchterheid zal je ook niet opzadelen met onnodige kosten. deadlines zijn heilig en ook het drukwerk moet perfect. met 25 jaar ervaring kent ze het klappen van de zweep.
