Ric Ocasek (født Richard Theodore Otcasek; 23. mars 1944 i Baltimore i Maryland, død 15. september 2019) var en amerikansk musiker, låtskriver og plateprodusent.Han var mest kjent som vokalist og gitarist i new wave-rockbandet The Cars i perioden 1976–1988 og fra 2010 til 2011. Ocasek har skrevet samtlige av The Cars' låter, fire av dem sammen med bandkollega Greg Hawkes.
