The 137-minute "extended" collector's edition DVD for Region 1 was released by Universal Studios on April 18, 2000.

"Fried Green Tomatoes" is a very rare score that I've been searching everywhere for. Unfortunately, trying to find a copy is almost impossible unless you want to spend a fortune!
