Gregory Jbara (⫽ dʒ ə ˈ b ɑːr ə ⫽; born September 28, 1961) is an American film, television, stage actor and singer. Best known as DCPI Garrett Moore in Blue Bloods (2010-2023), and his Tony Award winning performance as Jackie Elliot in Billy Elliot the Musical (2009).
