Our investigation reveals that integrating secondary hierarchical units into primary honeycomb cells results in energy absorption profiles featuring two distinct plateaus.

Moreover, chemical control is hampered by the mite’s ability to develop genetic resistance against acaricides. In this context, the identification of the genetic basis of the host resistance could represent a sustainable strategy for spider mite control.

Out of four cadmium-tolerant rhizobacteria, isolate SMHMZ4 showed the promising phytoextraction efficacy of B. juncea.
