I haven't seen this movie in a while but I remember finding it absolutely hilarious, the whole thing was quotable, particularly Paul Giamatti's character "Veal Chop." (Other great characters: Big Fat Bernie Gayle Junior, MC Victor.) Seems like it has fallen off the face of the earth but I remember it being one of the funniest movies of its time.
