Looking back, that must have caused Fred, a devout Christian, to have So Many Questions about me). Naturally Fred didn’t offer to let me share the driving duties and I knew better than to ask.

I was still finding my way, though – I had read every Robert Heinlein and Arthur C Clarke I could get my hands on, and in Fantasy read Tolkien, Ray Feist, David Eddings and some Stephen Donaldson, but that was about it.

The change in velocity (and hence energy required) to get from Earth to orbit is approximately the same as that needed to reach even the most distant planet in the solar system from Earth’s orbit.

Hace 8 horas · Geständnis: Ich hör seit Jahrzehnten Drum’n’Bass, hab aber erst jetzt erfahren, dass der Brite James Clements, besser bekannte als ASC, Autonomic Drum’n Bass produziert. Damit wird ein sehr ambientlastiger Stil beschrieben, der ca. 2005 aufkam und sehr viel Wert auf Räumlichkeit, Tiefe und Details legt und Flächen mit minimalistischen, subtilen Beats kontrastiert.
