Hugh Edward " Hughie " Thomasson Jr. (August 13, 1952 – September 9, 2007) [1] [2] was an American guitarist and singer, best known as a founding member of Outlaws. The band found success in the late 1970s and early 1980s with a string of hits. He was also a replacement guitarist for Lynyrd Skynyrd .

27 de ago. de 2020 · The band had been formed by Hughie Thomasson and various others including drummer David Dix in Florida four years earlier with the name the Four Letter Words. As the Outlaws (but without Paul) they recorded an album, which was then mothballed due to a dispute with the producer.
