Enver Halil Hoxha ( Gjirokastra, 16 de octubre de 1908 - Tirana, 11 de abril de 1985) fue un político, militar y dictador albanés. Dirigió la República Popular Socialista de Albania desde 1944 hasta su muerte en 1985.
