Sound of Lies is the fifth studio album by American rock band The Jayhawks. It peaked at number 112 on the Billboard 200. With the departure of Mark Olson, Gary Louris became the principal songwriter for Sound of Lies, with an occasional co-write with bassist Marc Perlman.
