Kevin Bryant Mahogany (July 30, 1958 – December 17, 2017) was an American jazz vocalist who became prominent in the 1990s. Particularly known for his scat singing, his singing style has been compared with those of Billy Eckstine, Joe Williams and Johnny Hartman.
Passion Dance is the fifth album by jazz singer Roseanna Vitro, released in January 1996 on the Telarc Jazz label.
Nacido en Kansas City, en una familia de fuerte tradición musical, Kevin Mahogany comienza desde muy temprano a tocar el piano y en 1970, tras haber pasado por el clarinete, adopta el saxo barítono. En ese mismo año se produce el debut profesional de Mahogany, que tiene lugar en la New Breed Orchestra de Eddie Baker.
