BPMD is an American heavy metal supergroup. Formed in 2019, the band consists of Overkill singer Bobby "Blitz" Ellsworth, Vio-lence and former Machine Head guitarist Phil Demmel, and two members of Metal Allegiance –bassist Mark Menghi and drummer Mike Portnoy.

BPMD is a band featuring Bobby Blitz, Mike Portnoy, Mark Menghi and Phil Demmel, who play thrash-worshipping, groove-driven metal. Their second album, VOLUME II: POWER DRUNK MAJESTY, has nine vocalists, including John Bush, Trevor Strnad and Floor Jansen.
