Poly Prep Country Day School offers 17 interscholastic sports: Baseball, Basketball, Cross Country, Dance, Football, Golf, Lacrosse, Soccer, Softball, Squash, Swimming, Tennis, Track and Field, Ultimate Frisbee, Volleyball, Winter Track and Wrestling.
