The Health Outcomes Observatory (H2O) project will aim to set-up patient-centric pan-European and national observatories to amplify the patient voice in their own healthcare and in healthcare systems more broadly.
It works by facilitating collaboration between the key players involved in health research, including universities, research centres, the pharmaceutical and other industries, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), patient organisations, and medicines regulators.
