Chia-Hsiang Wu was born on 3 August 1919 in Anhui, China. He was an actor and assistant director, known for Qian mian da dao (1968), Si bu mi ren ren zi mi (1968) and Ai qing da pai mai (1971). He died on 20 March 1993 in Hong Kong, China.
