Alan John "Reni" Wren (born 10 April 1964 in Manchester) is an English rock drummer and member of The Stone Roses. His laid-back style of complex, off-beat rhythms was influential in bringing about the blend of indie and dance music which formed much of the Madchester sound centred on Manchester.

English drummer & backing vocalist, better known as Reni, and famous for his hats. Born 10 April 1964 in Manchester (England). Came to prominence as drummer in The Stone Roses, which he was the first to leave, in 1995. Between 1998 and 2001 he was in The Rub, which released no output.
