Johann Olav Koss (født 1968) er en norsk tidligere skøyteløper. I OL i 1994 toppet han sin karriere med tre gull i ett og samme mesterskap, og satte samtidig tre verdensrekorder. Han er stifter av og president i den humanitære organisasjonen Right To Play .
