Sarah Finnegan (born November 14, 1996) is a retired American artistic gymnast and was an alternate for the 2012 Summer Olympics Gymnastics team. She competed for the Louisiana State Lady Tigers at the collegiate level, and was the 2017 and 2019 NCAA champion on uneven bars. She is the older sister of Aleah Finnegan.
Sarah Finnegan is a senior gymnast at LSU who has won multiple national and conference titles on bars, beam and floor. She is a two-time AAI Award winner, Honda Sports finalist and NCAA Woman of the Year nominee.
