Fedor Ozep or Fyodor Otsep (Russian: Фёдор Алекса́ндрович О́цеп, Fyodor Aleksandrovich Otsep; February 9, 1895 – June 20, 1949) was a Russian-American film director and screenwriter, born in Moscow.
