The police chief of a small and peaceful town bravely defends his people from the attacks of their vicious rival tribe. However, peace in their land is suddenly disrupted when a mining firm in their area opens.
For years the small quaint town somewhere in the Cordilleras has been the picture of peace and quiet until one day when a rich mining baron arrives with his armed thugs and starts causing disorder. Despite opposition from environmentalists and residents the greedy businessman opens a mine using all he has and doing all he can to amass wealth.
