Witold Łokuciewski, ps. Tolo (ur. 20 stycznia? / 2 lutego 1917 w Nowoczerkasku, zm. 17 kwietnia 1990 w Warszawie) – pułkownik pilot Wojska Polskiego, major ( ang. Witold Łokuciewski (2 February 1917 – 17 April 1990) was a Polish fighter ace of the Polish Air Force in World War II who was given the nickname Tolo.

Witold Lokuciewski was born at Novocherkassk-on-Don, Russia on 1st February 1917 but his family moved to Wilno in Poland in 1918. In 1935 he entered the Cavalry Reserve Officers School, going on to the Air Force Academy at Deblin in 1936. Lokuciewski graduated in 1938 and joined 112 Fighter Squadron in Warsaw.

He retired in 1974 and in 1989 stood as a parliamentary candidate to the Sejm (lower house) in the first post-communist elections. Lokuciewski died on 17th April 1990. Source: bbm.org.uk.
