Ralph Owen Brewster (February 22, 1888 – December 25, 1961) was an American politician from Maine. Brewster, a Republican , served as the 54th Governor of Maine from 1925 to 1929, in the U.S. House of Representatives from 1935 to 1941 and in the U.S. Senate from 1941 to 1952.

Owen Brewster. Owen Brewster was born in Penobscot County, Maine, on 22nd February, 1888. He graduated from Bowdoin College, Brunswick, in 1909, and from the law department of Harvard University in 1913. He was admitted to the bar and worked as a lawyer in Portland, Maine. A member of the Republican Party he served as Governor of Maine (1925-1929).
