Rat Boy’s Early Life. Jordan Cardy was born in Chelmsford, Essex, in 1996. He studies at Chelmer Valley High School, and his greatest interest was art. Cardy used to spend his free time doodling different pictures. That’s probably one of the reasons why he chose to study art at Colchester College.
