La Universidad Estatal de San Petersburgo (en ruso: Санкт-Петербургский государственный университет, Sankt-Peterburgskiy gosudárstvenny universitet) es una institución de educación superior rusa, propiedad del estado cuya sede se encuentra en la ciudad de San Petersburgo.
Dentro del catálogo educativo de esta universidad, se encuentran 14 programas de doble titulación; 24 programas de maestría impartidos en inglés, alemán, español, francés e italiano; así como más de 400 programas de licenciatura, maestría y doctorado impartidos en ruso.
