28 de jul. de 2023 · Scottsdale man Christopher Mark Jordan made a brief appearance in Launceston Magistrates Court on Friday after he was arrested by police on Thursday. The court heard Mr Jordan will be remanded in custody until his next court date on August 16 via videolink. There was no application presented to the court for bail.

Christopher Mark Jordan, the 36-year-old man accused of killing missing Tasmanian teenager Shyanne-Lee Tatnell, is a farmer who was well-liked by neighbours, it has been reported. Mr Jordan was publicly identified on Friday, after being arrested and charged with the murder.
Jordan is charged with the murder of 14-year-old Shyanne. Legal reasons prevent A Current Affair from showing Jordan's face. Shyanne's mum Bobbi-Lee Ketchell, who spoke to A Current Affair following her daughter's disappearance, couldn't bear to be at court to face her girl's accused killer.
