Compton College offers a California Board of Registered Nursing (BRN) approved Associate Degree Nursing (ADN) program. Students are provided with skills needed to enter the nursing profession in a variety of health care settings as an entry-level registered nurse.
The nursing major prepares graduates in a variety of health care settings as entry-level registered nurses. Upon successful completion of the nursing program, the graduate is eligible to take the NCLEX-RN (National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses).

The Compton College offers a variety of academic programs that will lead to either an associate degree or certificate. Students will be able to transfer to a university or professional school upon completion of degree requirements.
