Ludmila Zeman (born 23 April 1947) is a Czech–Canadian artist, animator, and creator of children's books. She is the daughter of filmmaker Karel Zeman. Zeman was born in the Moravian Czech city of Zlín (renamed Gottwaldov in 1949, through 1989).
