Take Care of Ulla (Swedish: Ta hand om Ulla) is a 1942 Swedish drama film directed by Ivar Johansson and starring Marianne Aminoff, Bengt Logardt and Åke Grönberg. The film's sets were designed by the art director Bertil Duroj.
Ulla and Gunnar meet and fall in love in Stockholm in the late 1930s. Early in their relationship Ulla discovers that she is pregnant but she decides to get an abortion because she doesn't want to pressure Gunnar into marrying her.
When Ulla and Gunnar get notice the future doesn’t look bright. Ulla discover that she’s pregnant. Gunnar must get a job so they can get married. But the outbreak of the war 1939 puts both of their patience and ethics severely to the test. They decide to abort the fetus.
