Unfortunately all my trials were unsuccessful so far.
8 de jun. de 2023 · They suggested unplugging the webcam and rebooting my PC. After reboot, I plugged it plugged it back in, and an EXTREMELY LOUD rumble was heard. It was so loud, I unplugged the webcam so as to not damage the speakers. After reestablishing chat, support asked if I had uninstalled and reinstalled webcam drivers, then connection failed.
