30 de oct. de 2023 · I tried the help service, via Web Chat. I used the webchat help yesterday for 3 hours and I was assured all was in order. I was told that the account was there and visible and to login. I tried, same problem and no, the email account is NOT visible. I try with or without vpn - same result. All the family and my other accounts are working fine.

22 de mar. de 2024 · When I try to log-in to mail, I get "Too many requests". Going in via main site I get a code 'bmx-2008' Why BT has to change things when it was all working OK, I do wonder !!
12 de dic. de 2023 · Re: BT 'yahoo' mail issue Thanks both @chrisjp - ive tried firefox ( I never use this browser) cleared all caches and history (from all time) and it logged in through authentation. then once loaded got a red 'you are not logged into email' box so clicked onto the log in button and its back to stage 1, log in, refreshed back to the log on screen.
2 de nov. de 2023 · The mail would work ok, as I can log into mail ok, but, before I can use it I have to go through the 2 stage verification process ( I assume I must have initiated that somehow) It tells me to log in to mybt to go through the process but, when I try to do that the email I use for mybt does not recognise the password as it is now the same as the email that was "compromised" & blocks access for ...
27 de mar. de 2024 · Re: Webmail login As @gg30340 mentions in their post about using the app, I've always just used BT Email app on mobile devices, no hassles and works fine with multiple email addresses, easily switch between each one without having to log in and out all the time.

20 de jul. de 2022 · I have been trying to log in on my desktop since yesterday and it is the same today, both the email address and login password have been entered correctly (I have @btinternet.com) Really need to get this sorted, I'm in the middle of signing a new rental agreement and prefer to do everything on my desktop.
4 de oct. de 2023 · Also, I left my PC on last night and it appeared to have logged out ju, looking at the emails sometime between 20.00 and midnight. Most annoying as previously it would keep me logged in for at least a week before logging me out and asking for a new login,. I have no explanation for the change in login behaviour.

I have no problem accessing it via my iPad or phone, I need to delete a few emails, and to do it individually on my iPad would be painful i put in my name and password and then it says I need bt 2 step authorisation.
