11 de feb. de 2007 · CAN's brilliant blend of progressive rhythms and morphing, tantalizing melodies are all here in Delay 1968, but with a particular rawness and ragged edge to the subtle textures that weave about in the way only CAN seemed to conjure. As intense as anything they released and with a charming late sixties twist. Highly, highly recommended.

Je l'avais en copie sur k7, mais je me rappellais plus a quel point cet album de CAN était super.. Le son est magnifique (on est en 1968.!) Honorary Collaborator. Listening to Can's Delay from 1968 is a strange experience. As soon as the opening Butterfly sets off you're quite sure there must be a mistake. First of all, this anarchistic and uncompromising stuff can never be from 1968, secondly, this is obviously a lost song from Sonic Youth around 1986.
