ABOUT. A multi-instrumentalist and composer, FRANK SILVA grew up playing music in California’s Bay Area starting with piano at age 8 and later taking on saxophone at age 11. Through high school FRANK was a member of the San Francisco Jazz All-Star Jazz Ensemble as well as the Monterey Jazz Festival Next Generation Orchestra.
