Edward Nixon died on Wednesday at age 88 in a nursing facility in Bothell, a Seattle suburb, according to the Richard Nixon Foundation in Yorba Linda, California. Following his brother’s historic trip to China in February 1972, the younger Nixon began his own ventures in the Asian country on a business trip in the early 1980s.
