Shirley Douglas (2. huhtikuuta 1934 Weyburn, Saskatchewan, Kanada – 5. huhtikuuta 2020 Toronto, Ontario, Kanada) oli kanadalainen kansalaisaktivisti ja näyttelijä.. Hän oli avioitui Donald Sutherlandin kanssa vuonna 1965, mutta he erosivat jo vuonna 1971. Heillä oli kaksi lasta, joista toinen on Kiefer Sutherland. Douglas muutti vuonna 1977 Torontoon Kanadaan.
