Foy Townhouses. The Foy Townhouses are located across from the Dyson Center and were built in 1982. They accommodate 216 sophomore students in three buildings overlooking the Hudson River. Each of the three buildings is divided into seven three-story townhouses with living, dining, and lounging areas, as well as terraces overlooking the Hudson.

With a Commonwealth grant of $40,000, a new library was constructed in 1970, all state-of-the-art, and a new science block was completed in 1972. Brother Alexis Turton changed the name of the College in 1971, to Marist College Ashgrove.
