16 de dic. de 2022 · His title was named for Dorrel Rock . The Baron's work as a consul was exemplary and he opened the first physical consulate building on Westarctica's behalf in Nerja, Spain. This event was covered extensively by the local Spanish and English press. As a result of his efforts, the Baron was raised to the rank of Consul-General in 2019.
