In August 1988, The Fashion Institute of Technology celebrated the opening of a new residence hall for our increasing population - East Hall. Now called Alumni Hall, the building is located at 210 West 27th Street and has 16 floors housing 496 students. There are 128 suites (apartments) accommodating 4 residents in each suite.
