Fu uno storico giocatore dell’Inter dal 1960 al 1978 (634 partite e 75 reti) e presidente dal gennaio 2004 al settembre 2006.
Giacinto Facchetti (18. juli 1942–4. september 2006) var ein fotballspelar frå Treviglio i Italia.I alle år som profesjonell var han aktiv for Inter, ein klubb han mellom anna vann Europacupen to gongar med og fem italienske meistertitlar. Over ein periode på 17 år spela han 634 kampar og skåra 75 mål for Inter. Mellom 1963 og 1977 spela Facchetti 94 landskampar for Italia.
