Try Whistling This is the debut solo album by the New Zealand singer/songwriter Neil Finn, released in 1998. It was produced by Finn, Tchad Blake, Marius De Vries, and Jim Moginie. The Japanese version of the album has a bonus track called "Tokyo", which also appears on the UK release of the single "Sinner".

14 de jun. de 2020 · On June 15, 1998, “Parlaphone” label released “Try Whistling This”, the debut Neil Finn studio album. It was recorded 1997 – 1998, and was produced by Neil Finn, Tchad Blake, Marius De Vries and Jim Moginie.
Finn is graced by the presence of producers-for-hire Marius De Vries (Bjork, U2) and Nigel Godrich (Radiohead, Beck). Programming guru De Vries adds technological toys to the mix with drum loops on a number of songs.
